Located just 1/4 mile off Highway 82 Mountain Park Campground is in the banana belt of the Sacramento Mountains. Not too cold in the winter, not too hot in the summer. Mountain Park offers a general store, that serves food in the evenings, Old Apple Barn , shop local Fruit Stands in season. U-Pick Fruits in season. As well as hiking opportunities on Rails to Trails system less than a mile away . Cloudcroft is 6 miles away and Alamogordo is 12 miles away. Our campground has great star gazing off Highway ,  quiet and 360 degree views of surrounding mountains. You can access hundreds of miles of roads and trails from our park without trailering the ORV. At the end of the day sit and watch beautiful sunsets over the San Andreas Mountains.
